Dara Cox is a fitness coach, writer and speaker. She specializes in helping frustrated women finally achieve their ideal bodies in a sustainable and enjoyable way!

With her own history of body image issues and weight struggles, Dara understands what it’s like to do “everything right” and still not reach your goals. Her mission is to educate women about fitness and empower them to create the life and body they have always dreamed about!
